Who We Are: The Women's Ministry of FBCS is a vibrant group of women of varying ages, from young adults to great grandmothers, who all have one thing in common... we all love our Lord Jesus and want to grow into His likeness.

What We Believe: Women are unique and precious to God. Women have a distinctive contribution in the home, the Church and the world. Each person is special in God's sight and is important to the Kingdom. Meeting together with other believers is necessary for our growth and encouragement. By strengthening our own spiritual lives, we will contribute immeasurably to the lives of our families, friends and strangers we meet, while also becoming prepared for service within the local church.

What We Do: From September through April of each year, Women's Ministry meets the second Friday of each month for fellowship, Bible study and prayer. These joyful times include unique refreshment themes, lively Bible discussions, and often, prayer ministry for special needs. Our December meeting is always a Christmas party with great food and a special "bargain gift" for each lady. May is the month of our Spring Retreat, an overnight get-away. Throughout the year, women serve both in the church and in various outreaches. We organize all church social events, oversee all children's ministries, and willingly serve our Lord in any way He leads.
